HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
*Extended holiday return policy requires that orders shipped between November 1 and December 31 be returnable through January 31 of the following year.
a) Credit card refund
b) Item exchange
c) Store credit
Items marked "Final Sale" are FINAL SALE. Vintage items are final sale. Return items must be unwashed, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
For exchanges and returns you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Iron & Resin will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive and process the item(s) you are returning.
Iron & Resin cannot guarantee the availability of a product you are looking to exchange or hold items until return is received.
The quickest way to exchange an item that is currently live on ironandresin.com is to place a new order for the same item (in the correct size) and use our Returns Manager to process your return.
Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders must pay for shipping both ways.
WHAT IF THE WRONG PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED?
If the wrong product was shipped or product was damaged, please describe in detail in the customer notes section using our Return Manager we'll get back to you with your pre-paid return label and instructions. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the prepaid return label to be delivered via email. Claims with insufficient and or no documentation will be denied.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible but bare with us, we are a small team. Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we will refund your credit card which usually takes between 3-5 business days to settle with your bank. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
