Please use our Returns Manager to process your return.
Unfortunately, due to the costly nature of shipping, we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
WHAT IF THE WRONG PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED OR THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED?
Please follow the steps with our Return Manager and describe the issue in detail in the customer notes section.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but bare with us, we are a small team. Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we will refund your credit card which usually takes between 3-5 business days to settle with your bank. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
