Cruiser Jacket - Shelter Series Waxed Canvas

We have to say that the Cruiser Jacket is one of our favorites. Made with our heaviest Shelter Series 14.75 oz water resistant waxed cotton canvas exterior, heavy duty two-way front entry Talon® zipper + button snap storm flap, and lined with our custom Klamath Flannel pattern blanket. Kind of makes it seem like we've checked-off all the boxes for this outerwear piece. We've been living in this jacket since the temps have started dropping and the break in on the heavy waxed canvas exterior is nothing like your favorite leather jacket or raw denim. It won't be long before this jacket molds to your body and bears the marks of the adventures you throw at it.

Caring for Hand-Knit Cotton:

Cotton is more forgiving than wool but still benefits from gentle handling, especially in hand-knit form where the stitch structure is more open and delicate.

• Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, or use a machine’s delicate/hand-wash cycle in a mesh laundry bag.
• Cotton can handle slightly warmer water than wool, but keep it under 40°C to preserve color and shape.
• Lay flat to dry just as you would with wool. Cotton knits can stretch when hung wet.
• A cool iron on the reverse side can refresh the fabric if needed — avoid ironing directly on textured stitches.
