Great quality and material but

"Great quality and material but the color is a little darker than in the picture"

huge neck

"nothing wrong with the shirt actually. due to not having measurements available, i ordered my usual L, when a medium wouldve been great. very sturdy materials, great dtitching & overall good looking work shirt. i suggest sizing down for a less baggy fit"

off color

"color is more of sage than a ta, great buttons & stitching zero-give firm fabric - size up not down 8 stars if color was accurate pic, tan on left, this "khaki"shirt on right"

5’11”, 170# and this thing

"5’11”, 170# and this thing is borderline too tight. The cut still allows full range of motion and everything is iron quality but if you can beat me in an arm wrestling match (and I imagine you can) go up an extra size."

I actually ordered this because

"I actually ordered this because I already had one in navy and loved it so much, I wanted another. I was not disappointed. They're so damn nice out of the package that you could use them as a dress shirt. They can also be used very well as a jacket, or a shirt jacket, or an overshirt. Finally, they can be used as a thick, main shirt. And, of course, they make great work shirts. I ended up doing some pretty heavy yard work (planting, but also cutting a tree with a chainsaw) and wore my navy one, reluctantly, but I didn't want it for a dress shirt. Well, afterwards, I just brushed it off with a horsehair brush, and all the dirt and sawdust came off, and it was good to go to wear again the next day! After several washes, they have more character than ever, and yes, they are getting kind of broken-in, which is fine by me (again, don't want it for a dress shirt, even though they are nice enough). They fit about right for me as a size small. (Some smalls are too big, some are too small.) I think maybe they are designed to run a little larger than a true IR small shirt, i.e. designed to be an overshirt. But for me, it fit like a standard small, or even a little smaller (again, some smalls are too big for me, too baggy). They will shrink slightly if dried, even on low, so hang dry unless you want them a little smaller. Great shirts that I will probably have for a long time, maybe my whole life."

This is a perfect 3

"This is a perfect 3 season work shirt with a modern tailored cut, great attention to detail, and soft but firm feel from the first wear. This is my first item from Iron and Resin but I have plenty of experience with “Over Engineered” brands (Iron Heart, Indigofera, Nine Lives, etc.) and this is a great shirt to get into high quality everyday clothing. You won’t be disappointed."
