Inspired by early flight jackets our Vandenberg Jacket is a nod to the utility of a well-designed jacket. We put our own spin on this classic piece. Featuring core elements from the jackets past like wind-blocking bedford cord, a plethora of ready-to-use pockets, and bomber styling collars and closures in order to keep the weather out and the warmth in. For our take we decided to amp this one up by insulating it with our Rogue Jacket liner to ensure you stay warm wherever you may find yourself.

      Amazing jacket but runs small

      "I love this jacket. It looks great and the quality was immediately apparent. I originally had the Line Up Jacket, and, while I really like that jacket, this jacket looks and feels better. It's surprisingly warm. Like, really warm. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is that it runs a little small. I think the thicker insulated lining makes it tighter than other Iron and Resin jackets. I'm 6'4", 200 lbs. and wear a large in every other Iron and Resin product, but the Large for the Vandenberg jacket is a little too small. I can still wear it so I'm not subtracting a star, but if you prefer a looser fit or want to layer under it, I'd recommend sizing up."

      "Like unwrapping a new best friend, dialed up to 11. Material selection astonishes inside and out with some easter eggs inside the pockets. Hand pockets have extra smooth interior, durable velvety look exterior - incredible material. Perfect 3-season Canadian jacket!!! Kid-friendly zipper, makes hugs more enjoyable and last longer. Fits smaller than a 'regular style' jacket as it's a flight/bomber style jacket and that's normal and ok (but I'm also wider shoulders, 220lbs wearing a 42Long jacket and this is a XL). Complimentary green interior on all colours is a win, with the red I&R patches throughout. Cuffs are extra thick and have a nice worn, durable feel. Great to wear with a untucked T-shirt when open, tucked T-shirt when zipped up. A jacket you want to keep your hands in its pockets - and the Vandenburg insulated is the only way to go, don't miss it! Pairs well with the key hook and matching wallet."

      A+ casual jacket

      "Great jacket! Very, very warm liner, and the jacket seems very durable. The gray color's fantastic, and I&R's bomber-jacket cut is my favorite that I've encountered. Putting it on, it feels as much like a very comfortable sweatshirt as it does a jacket. Size-wise, it does tend smaller than other jackets. I should have sized up from an XL to XXL. I believe this is as other reviewers have pointed out- Iron and Resin's lined jackets knock about an inch or two off the chest sizing estimate. Totally fine, though- I don't notice unless I'm zipped up and reaching for something. The sleeve length is just right, though. Bedford cord's amazing and soft. The interior liner is very comfortable as well."

      Just the right size

      "I'm 170 cm, 62 kg, and the small size is just the right size for me. I bought it to ride a motorcycle. If I extend my arms to grip the handlebar, the sleeves are a little short. There are pockets on the chest, shoulders, and inside, so it's easy to use. No part is swamped by the wind. Recommended for motorcycle riding."
