Made with the 50's-60's workwear style in mind, this jacket is sure to be a go to layer for those who favor utility and style above all. Built to handle long days and cooler nights, the Sanjon carries that same dependable backbone with a slightly refined edge. Functional pockets, durable hardware, and a fabric that breaks in with character all come together to create a piece that feels lived-in over time.

Wash & Care

Caring for Hand-Knit Cotton:

Cotton is more forgiving than wool but still benefits from gentle handling, especially in hand-knit form where the stitch structure is more open and delicate.

  • Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, or use a machine’s delicate/hand-wash cycle in a mesh laundry bag.
  • Cotton can handle slightly warmer water than wool, but keep it under 40°C to preserve color and shape.
  • Lay flat to dry just as you would with wool. Cotton knits can stretch when hung wet.
  • A cool iron on the reverse side can refresh the fabric if needed — avoid ironing directly on textured stitches.

"Great casual jacket that has simple clean lines that could also be used in a more business casual setting if needed. Great quality duck canvas fabric that has a smooth feel to it. Plenty of pockets for items and tools. Substantial enough to be warm for cooler days and evenings but light enough to wear of warmer fall days. I’m 5’11 and it hangs great on me, not to long or short with a great silhouette. Fits true to size with a slightly loose fit to it so it’s easy to more in. I won’t be surprise if this becomes my go to daily out the door jacket."

"Built Like a Real Jacket Should Be I’ve owned a lot of jackets over the years, and the Sanjon Jacket immediately stood out for its quality and construction. The material feels substantial without being stiff, and it has that rugged, broken-in feel that only gets better the more you wear it. The fit is excellent, the details are well thought out, and it’s obvious Iron & Resin didn’t cut corners anywhere. This is the kind of jacket that works just as well throwing it on for a quick dinner as it does out working outside on a cool morning. What impressed me most is that it actually feels built to last, which is getting harder to find these days. Definitely one of my favorite purchases in a long time."
