This is the "second generation" of one our most highly rated waxed canvas jackets. With all the same core features as the original 'Shelter Series Cruiser Jacket' the only difference of this one is the waxed canvas used for the outer layer. Made with a beefy 14.75oz Raymond waxed cotton canvas that out the bag is much more free-moving than the Shelter series. This allows for a shorter break-in period all while still channeling the same durability and properties of waxed canvas.

The Cruiser Jacket is without question one of our (and our customers) favorites. Made with a heavy duty Raymond 14.75 oz waxed cotton canvas exterior, heavy duty front entry Talon® zipper + button snap storm flap, and lined with our custom Klamath Flannel pattern blanket. Kind of makes it seem like we've checked-off all the boxes for this outerwear piece. We've been living in this jacket since the temps have started dropping and the break in on the heavy waxed canvas exterior is nothing like your favorite leather jacket or raw denim. It won't be long before this jacket molds to your body and bears the marks of the adventures you throw at it.

"This jacket was finally in stock so I ordered it. I am very impressed with it and its quality I also have the rambler and scout jackets which are similar but this waxed canvas jacket has the thickest most rugged fabric of them all. Also be aware that it has then same fitted waist as these others but is stiffer as first so feels a bit tighter at first but starts to get more comfortable. It is also is slighly longer in length in comparison, but still has the trucker fit that gives it better mobility. Very happy with this purchase. I love all three jackets but if I had to pick only one I think it could be this one!"

"The looks and feel of this waxed jacket are phenominal, almost like dry waxed, applied even across the fabric. The workmanship is fine. The lining is beautiful. Zipper quality seems good. Time will tell. The paper tag that came with the jacket said the color is "Dark Olive", and I agree with that. While I dig the dark olive color, those of you looking for a true black jacket, this isn't it."

"I bought this jacket for my BF. We went to the store located in Ventura. I originally was going to buy him an XL but the chest was a bit too tight when zipped up and the sleeves were short when tried on. My BF is 6”2 and 220lbs. I insisted he size up and try on the 2XL.
