Nice leather, heavy weight zippers
"Nice leather, heavy weight zippers and well made. I’m 6 foot 4 and 200 lbs and glad I got the XL as it’s just barley snug but fits across the shoulders so very happy."
The Elsinore Jacket is one-of-three unique leather pieces in our Lost Highway Collection. Inspired by the nostalgic leather looks of the 60s + 70s, the Elsinore Jacket feels as though it was handed down by Steve McQueen himself. With the extreme detailing on this 1.2-1.3mm vegetable tanned steer hide, quilted padded shoulders, a moto-inspired tailored fit, Talon zippers, and a Klamath blanket flannel interior (to name a few), it's going to be hard to pass this one down to the next generation...

"I finally got my hands on a BMW R90, and while searching for jackets found this dope design! While driving my bike during winter here in Denver, it kept me warm! Super stoked about it."

"I bought an Elsinore in 2016 from the SF shop within 5 minutes of walking in, and I'm not ashamed to say i really couldn't afford it at the time. I saw the silhouette, the padded shoulders, the Japanese blanket liner, and the fit, and i couldn't hand over my money fast enough. It was everything that nobody was really doing yet under the ridiculous Belstaff $1500+ range. 5 years later, my Elsinore has gone from oily black to a nice faded black-grey, and after de-pilling the liner a couple times, its as good as new on the inside. I have ridden everywhere with this jacket, and even though its not armored, I feel confident on the road and put-together jumping off the bike. Its the perfect in-city rider. I have never had a single problem with the jacket, except once when I zipped-up a dress shirt and had to get out of it like a straitjacket. I had to have the main zipper replaced, which I&R cant do, because this jacket is actually made in Spain. That company sent me a new zipper and some spares, (and loyalty codes) and Johnson Leathers did the fix in SF, with some store credit from I&R. I'm a collector of riding jackets. I have an Iron Heart X Self Edge Horsehide, a Belstaff, a waxed Malle,a Schott, Vansons, etc. Every time I go into my closet I come out with the Elsinore. It was kind of wearing ME when I first bought it with money i didn't quite have, put some millage on it, and became THAT guy. Cant believe these are actually available."
