We knew the second we slid the Sierra Shirt on that this wasn't going to be one of those flannels that just sat idly by in your closet... No, this is not that type of shirt. This is one of those pieces that makes you question what you did before. Made from a 100% cotton twill, and outfitted with our custom plaid flannel design, this is a piece that actually feels as good as it looks. The only problem is choosing which color to go with. Perhaps all of them?

HOW IT FITS
The Sierra Shirt runs true-to-size; however, if you tend to be between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we would recommend ordering a size up.
Caring for Hand-Knit Cotton:
Cotton is more forgiving than wool but still benefits from gentle handling, especially in hand-knit form where the stitch structure is more open and delicate.
- Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, or use a machine’s delicate/hand-wash cycle in a mesh laundry bag.
- Cotton can handle slightly warmer water than wool, but keep it under 40°C to preserve color and shape.
- Lay flat to dry just as you would with wool. Cotton knits can stretch when hung wet.
- A cool iron on the reverse side can refresh the fabric if needed — avoid ironing directly on textured stitches.

"I'm becoming a broken record because I have nothing new or innovative to say about Iron and Resin shirts - they are always well built, and the sizing is remarkably consistent. I'm 5'10", 175, and prefer a slightly larger-than-usual overshirt. . . and all the I&R shirts, from chambray to flannel, are excellent for me in an XL. I guess that would suggest one should consider sizing up in shirts. . . their jackets are pretty true to size but I find the shirts a little short, so I size up. . and I own nearly every one of their shirts. Love them, and YOU WILL TOO"
