"Overall I am pleased with the jacket, I went with a medium size in the dark denim and it fits like it was tailored just for me, I am 5’6 and 149lbs for those who need a visual. Sure, I could have gone with a small, but I wanted just a bit of space to layer a crewneck just in case it’s especially cold outside. I have worn it a few times here in the cold Midwest and it did not disappoint, I was not cold and I even received a few compliments. Do yourself a favor and just get it, especially if you have been on the fence about it."

"These guys continually impress with their quality, fit and finish. Such a sturdy, well made coat that also looks fantastic. I am 5 foot 10, 175 pounds, wear a 38 regular suit, with size 32 waist. The medium fits me just about perfect, with just enough room for some light layering. Gotta admit, when I put this on it makes me feel a bit like Robert Duvall in Tender Mercies or Crazy Heart."

"I own a few pieces of Iron and Resin clothing and this is the only company I will buy higher end clothing from. The attention to detail is incredible. I was contemplating for a while to buy this jacket and I am so glad I finally pulled the trigger. Although their jackets are more designed for a slimmer/athletic fit, I found that XXL is the ideal size for me. For reference I am 5’11 235, 36” waist, 49. 5” chest, and this jacket looks like it was tailored for me. Only thing I wish was that it hit at the belt line. For my stocker guys that are around 5’10 to 6’ you won’t be disappointed. Another heirloom added to the closet. Hope this helps someone."

Best Denim Jacket

"I've had several iterations of denim jackets over the years but this one stands out as the best. It is well made, heavy (in a good way) and very warm. I opted for a size LARGE which just fits and thats the way I like it. . . a fitted jacket that creates a nice silhouette. I am 6' and weigh 170 lbs with a 42" chest. Size up if you want to layer a hoodie underneath as these run true to size to a tad small. I own 4 of Iron & Resin jackets and they have now become my go to outerwear."
