We recently took part in the 2013 Distinguished Gentleman's Ride to help raise funds for research into Men's Prostate Cancer. The ride is held in over 110 cities worldwide on the exact same day and thousands of riders show up in their finest attire. Most of us reserve our suit and bow tie for weddings and other special days such as appearances in court for speeding tickets. Now, we can add another occasion to the list.

This past Sunday was another beautiful day in Ventura, CA. With the sun out and light ocean breeze, there was no better time to get dapper and fire up your bike. A flurry of people showed up at the Iron & Resin Garage looking spruce and ready to ride, however, first thing was first...coffee and doughnuts. After an extensive admiration session and a handful of laughs, off everyone went. With about 30 riders, we rode up Santa Paula Rd. and through Ojai in true style. After turning plenty of heads, we stopped for a well deserved Italian lunch from the famous Bocalli's. With our bellies full, we were ready to hit the road and made our way down the 33 to come full circle and end our ride back at the Iron & Resin Garage.

We want to thank everyone who came out in support. Until next year...LIVE TWEED RIDE DAPPER!
