Warehouse Manager


Iron & Resin is a fast growing lifestyle brand, based in beautiful Ventura, CA. We're seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Manager to join the InR family. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, 401k and paid vacation in a fast paced, team environment. We value individuals who work well within a small team and enjoy the challenge of wearing multiple hats. We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, logistics and inventory management. Shopify and/or inventory management software experience is preferred. Personnel management experience is a plus as well.

The Warehouse Manager (WM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Iron & Resin’s shipping and receiving activities, directing and coordinating customer and wholesale order fulfillment, and supporting customer service. In this role the WM will oversee keeping the warehouse clean and organized by leading a team of warehouse employees, as well as adhering to current policies and procedures and making recommendations for areas that may need improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinates and oversees the day to day operations of the warehouse, including scheduling and managing all warehouse staff- Establishes warehouse practices and protocols to achieve efficient and safe warehouse operation

- Supports Customer Service team to ensure all customer service inquiries and shipping needs are met in a timely manner- Supports Wholesale Department with inventory management and order fulfillment

- Receives, inventories and tags all 3rd party product- Maintains an organized system for all inventory transfers between warehouse and VTA Garage store

- Places all supply orders in accordance with warehouse, office and store needs- Ensures working environment is adequate, safe and tidy

- Coordinates and manages annual warehouse inventory counts- Supports Director of Operations in planning new facilities layouts and in maximizing space utilization

- Participates in the hiring and training of new warehouse staff- Sets warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management

- Performs other duties related to warehouse operations as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to set goals, motivate and manage staff

- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills- Good project management skills, including strong decision making, problem solving and strategic planning abilities, time management and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on time sensitive deadlines

- Understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse

- Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics

- Strong computer skills, including GSuite, Microsoft, inventory management, CRM platforms and other organizational computer applications

DTC Inventory Manager & Merchandise Analyst

About The Brand:

As the DTC Inventory Manager & Merchandise Analyst here at Iron & Resin, this individual will be based out of our Studio Headquarters right in the heart of Ventura, CA and will report to our Head of DTC Marketing. This position is an integral piece of our growing direct-to-consumer brand, as it ensures not only the logistical accuracy of inventory across all DTC channels, but also manages the necessary insights that help drive the overall strategy for marketing and product execution. Optimizing product allocation and replenishment is necessary to ensure go-to-market strategies can be executed timely. This key member will work collaboratively within the DTC Marketing Team to manage our inventory, build reporting and analyses that provide on-time GTM execution across Iron & Resin.

Core Responsibilities:

Inventory Management, Analyses, & Forecasting:

- Manage direct-to-consumer inventory positions through the management of inventory flow from manufacturer production --> DTC warehouses --> DTC channels

- Develops and implements a simplified process and dashboard views of finished production flow status for GTM planning and execution

- Deliver inventory updates to Warehouse Team for efficiencies in receiving inventory product, inventory reconciliation, processing, and other operations for increased accuracy

- Head up Skubana, our inventory management system (IMS), to streamline and develop an effective view on our entire product line: incoming/production, on-hand, and forecasts

- Work day-to-day with manufacturers & production partners to track and confirm status, tracking information, and delivery delays

- Create inventory reporting that displays product top-sellers & worst-sellers, inventory snapshots, and sales summaries to deliver on-time information for inventory replenishment, promotional opportunities, and other product strategies

- Ensures retail store inventory is well stocked and inventory is always accurate

- Provides training, direction, and support to all team members around IMS operations, procedures, and expectations

DTC Reporting & Analyses:

- Work with Head of DTC Marketing to manage and continuously optimize weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reporting that delivers insights across all DTC channels

- Provide Ecommerce team with dashboard view(s) of product sales & KPIs to continuously improve/refine to obtain overall company goals

Wholesale Portal Management:

- Ensures inventory quantities are assorted across our wholesale channel and available for upcoming season(s) & pre-booking orders

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

- B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in management of inventory or analytics for a digitally driven brand

- Experience with Shopify Plus and IMS platform preferred

- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills

- Microsoft Excel proficiency: extremely comfortable with exporting data, working in database systems, report preparation, and data analysis

- Highly proactive in problem-solving abilities; not afraid to dig into projects to provide insights

- Top-notch interpersonal skills and experience working in an open workspace that demands collaboration

- Extremely detail oriented and very organized

Customer Service Representative


We’re looking for someone who excels and looks forward to providing support to consumers through multiple channels of communication, including email, phone and live chat. We're looking for someone who has a go-get-em attitude, is empathetic, passionate, and stoked about helping customers get their dream gear in hand.Role will be five half days a week in our Ventura Studio. Occasional weekend and evening availability is expected as we move into Black Friday and Holiday. Shifts will initially run from: 9:00a - 1:00p with anticipated expansion of hours in Holiday season.


- Answer any and all inquiries related to Iron & Resin's products, marketing, and content
- Own the customer experience and working to exceed customer expectations
- Manage and track all outstanding repair tickets
- Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if an existing process or system would work better
- Facilitate and oversee resolution of conflicts for both online and retail consumers


- Located in California with the ability to be in our Ventura, CA studio five days a week

Retail Store Sales Associate


The Retail Store Sales Associate is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, product knowledge and brand awareness, identifying current and future customer needs by establishing rapport with existing and potential customers and providing an exceptional brand experience through sales, customer service and retail storytelling. In this role the Sales Associate will provide support to the Store Manager, ensuring all sales goals are met, inventory levels are maintained and visual merchandising, housekeeping and safety standards are upheld throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provides excellent customer service and cultivates an exceptional experience in retail store, building positive energy for the brand

- Supports the store management team by participating and leading in daily opening and closing procedures and operational tasks and projects

- Delegates responsibility when leading shifts, keeping sales staff motivated and on task

- Supports the Store Manager in reaching and succeeding daily and monthly sales goals
