what started as a small group camp out among friends and friends of friends nine short years ago has evolved into an annual event, featuring many familiar and new faces. it’s the event we look forward to all year long. the Hooligan Hoedown brings folks from all walks of life who share a common bond around two wheels and good times in the outdoors. and this year’s hoedown did not disappoint.

"I’ve been searching for roses In a land man made of stone here There’s waterfalls in the graveyard There’s fools gold in my pocket Is anyone still a dreamer?"

"I'm out here searchin' for cities made of gold. I don't know what is real, just some stories I've been told. Maybe some day I'll find out somewhere along this road. I travel on, I travel on."

It's hard to believe that we're already in the middle of September. Soon enough, it'll be a bit cooler. Campgrounds will start thinning out. The trails will become a bit more vacant. We get stoked about the slow seasonal changes .

My heroes have always been cowboys. "And they still are, it seems. Sadly, in search of, but one step in back of, Themselves and their slow-movin' dreams."
