Built from the rock-solid material that was used in the U.S. Military during the 1920s - 40s, Jungle Cloth, there's no doubt that the Davidson Jacket will serve you for years to come. For Spring '22, we've put our own spin on a lighter weight for the warmer months: not too heavy, not too light. Just right. Made from a 9oz Bedford Cord, reinforced with double needle felled seams throughout, and accented with just the right amount of corduroy at the collar, this is a tough-wearing piece that'll remain in your quiver for many years to come.

Jungle Cloth is also known as Bedford Cord, and although it resembles corduroy at first glance, the material was used in the U.S. Military during the 1920s-40s for its water-repelling properties in servicemen's apparel. from those it was then termed, "Jungle Cloth."

"This jacket is groovy! The material is some kind of fine corduroy that feels incredible. The texture and feel of the fabric is immensely comfortable. Everything seems well-constructed, and I'm a big fan of the interior pocket layout. It's nice to have inner pocket that don't feel bulky or overfilled when you put a few items in. Everything stays in place and doesn't restrict movement, so it's a win for sure. Though I'd have to say my favorite thing about the Davidson jacket is how good it looks.
