When we met Seb of Seb's Woodfire we knew we had to do something with him. From bootstrapping a business, to pursuing a life in community, and chasing his passions Seb fully embodies the spirit of what we believe in over here at Iron & Resin. Not only that but his cooking is damn good.

With an emphasis on wood fire cooking we figured it was a no brainer to get Seb and some friends together for a quick little trip full of good eats and good company. From giant steaks, to locally caught and butchered Halibut, and more this trip absolutely lived up to the billing and then some.
