At Iron & Resin, we back every product we make. If it fails because of how it was made—not how it was used—we’ll do what’s right.
We build gear to live hard lives: to be worn by the fire, rained on at camp, tossed in the back of your truck. If it quits before it's time, we’ll fix it or replace it.
Please note, our Repair or Replace Guarantee only covers Iron & Resin product and does not apply to any third-party product that we sell on our website or in our retail store.
What We Cover:
- Material failure (zippers, snaps, hardware, stitching, fabric breakdown)
- Craftsmanship failure
- Manufacturer defects
- Lifetime coverage: for as long as the item reasonably holds up to intended use
What We Don't Cover:
- Animal attacks, chemical spills, fire damage
- Airport conveyor belt destruction
- Extreme wear from years of hard miles
- Home repairs or alterations by anyone other than us
- Using the item for anything it wasn’t made for
- Seconds, samples, or marked-down factory one-offs
How It Works:
1. Send It In: Start with a few photos and a quick story via email.
2. We Evaluate: Our team looks it over and decides if it’s fixable.
3. Repair First: If it can be saved, we’ll fix it. If not, we’ll replace it or issue credit.
4. No Returns: If we replace it, we won’t send your old one back — fair trade for a fresh start.
The Fine Print:
‘Lifetime’ means the life of the product—not forever, but as long as it’s doing its job.
Please wash off mud, grease, and mystery gunk before sending anything in. Dirty gear won’t be accepted until it’s clean.
Once someone else (or you) takes a crack at fixing it, the guarantee is void. Let us handle it the right way.
