Just short of a week ago, we launched the third edition of our Garage Envy Series featuring Mouse McCoy. For all of us here, it was beyond amazing. And also flat out inspiring. Did ya see it?

This week's Music Monday playlist is made with jams to turn up loud, get out in that garage and work on a space that not only inspires you, but others around you. And hey, it doesn't have to be an actual "garage." It can be a shed, a barn, or whatever. The most important thing? Make it your own and be proud.

Monday. A day made for makers, doers, the full-hearted dreamers, and everything in between. And the way we see it, it's never really a 'Monday' if you are out there doing what you love.

For this week's Music Monday, we reached out to Ventura local maker, and good friend of Iron & Resin, Josiah Morris of Morin Surfboards. Josiah handshapes surfboards for a living and put together his favorite tunes that are playing in his shaping bay.

Going out to produce content for a brand isn't as glamorous as it may seem, that's why here at InR we use our trips as an excuse to get out of the office and to get as much stoke as we can with our time. For this occasion we make it a quick surf up the coast with a side of scrambling our muddy backroads. After weeks of planning we finally had the perfect day to shoot that aligned with everyone's schedule...the perfect day until we were hit with gloomy weather and a slight drizzle, less than ideal on a campaign for sunglasses... So it goes, instead of packing up we did what we could with what we had and used the rest of our time chasing waves.

Mud pits, the upside of the wet weather...we made sure to take advantage of a few soupy ones off of our favorite backroads. Pulled out the tool roll at one point for a quick fix on one of the bikes, not too uncommon for one of our shoots...Not sure if that's a reflection of our moto mechanic knowledge or what...but at least we were prepared to make the fix!
